Jonathan Scheinberg is Managing Principal and Co-Founder of Outshine Properties. He has nearly twenty years experience in acquiring, leasing and selling life science, medical office, industrial and mixed use commercial properties in excess of $4 billion and totaling more than 10 million SF. He was formerly the Executive Vice President at Thor Equities where he managed all acquisitions and dispositions, as well as sourcing joint venture equity and financings. Prior to Thor, he served as a principal of Capstone Equities, where he was responsible for managing acquisitions, sourcing new investments and structuring joint venture partnerships, as well as leasing a portfolio of 4MM SF on the east coast of the US. He also worked as an associate attorney at Schulte, Roth and Zabel LLP representing private equity and hedge funds, owners and developers of investment properties in acquisition / disposition, development, complex joint venture structuring and financings. He received a B.S. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and graduated from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law with concentrations in both real estate and taxation.

Bill Hunter is a Principal and Co-Founder of Outshine Properties. Mr. Hunter brings over two decades of experience in life science development, leasing, and investment to the company. Prior to Outshine, he was an essential part of the formal launch of Thor’s dedicated life sciences platform. Over his career, including work as National Director of Acquisitions and Leasing for BioMed Realty Trust and National Leasing Director for Wexford Science and Technology, Mr. Hunter has executed nearly $4 billion in acquisitions on over 7.5 million SF, and 3 million SF of life science re-positioning projects. He has also worked in design and construction management for Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, and Life Science projects. Mr. Hunter has extensive relationships in development, ownership, tenants, and tenant brokerage communities. Mr. Hunter graduated from The Pennsylvania State University.
